We provide free support to help individuals achieve success in post-secondary education evenrioments. There is no cost to you because TRIO EOC is a federally-funded program.

We help individuals achieve their post-secondary education goals, whatever they may be. In addition to a four-year university program, this includes career and technical education (CTE) and community college.

A misconception that many people have is that they are too old for a career change or education goal. Others believe they are too young for our program. Our focus is on individuals and students age 19 and older.

Residents of Leavenworth County who are:

• Middle school and high school students outside the city of Leavenworth seeking to further their education
• Adults 19 and older seeking to further their education
• U.S. Citizens or permanent residents

Residents of Franklin County who are:

• Middle school and high school students seeking to further their education
• Adults 19 and older seeking to further their education
• U.S. Citizens or permanent residents

Yes! Many of the individuals we serve work part-time and attend school part-time. It can certainly be challenging, but if you have a career or educational goal you wish to pursue, it is possible. And we are here to help you achieve your goal.

• Your financial aid package is determined by a variety of factors specific to your unique situation.
• Financial aid can come from federal, state, and local sources and can include grants, loans, and scholarships.
• Many types of financial aid are need-based, like the federal Pell Grant.
• We won’t know what financial aid you are eligible for you until you complete a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).
